To open an IBAN account in EUR, please follow these steps:
Provide Your Actual Address
During the registration process in the app, ensure you enter your current and accurate residential address. This is essential for compliance and verification.
Complete the Verification Process
Finish the verification process within the app to enable access to IBAN account services.
Generate Your IBAN Account
After completing verification, navigate to the app’s main screen.
Locate the EUR currency section and click on the "Get Account" button. This will initiate the IBAN account generation process.
Access Your IBAN Account
Once your IBAN account is created, tap on the EUR currency. A new screen will open, displaying your IBAN account details.
From this screen, you can:
Rename Your Account: Customize the account name for your convenience.
Find Deposit Details: Access the bank details for depositing funds by clicking on the "Deposit" button.
Withdraw Funds: Transfer money from your IBAN account.
Purchase Assets: Use the balance in your IBAN account to buy assets available in the app.
Important Notes
Personal Bank Accounts Only: Deposits to and withdrawals from your IBAN account are only permitted to and from your personal bank accounts in EUR. Transactions involving accounts of third parties will be automatically declined due to the regulations of our partner providing these accounts.
