We need a document that confirms where you live. This is NOT your passport — it must be a recent bill or bank statement that shows your name and home address.
✅ What documents are accepted
Choose any of the following (must be dated within the last 6 months):
Bank statement (downloaded PDF from online banking)
Electricity bill
Water bill
Gas bill
Internet / landline bill
Tax bill or government letter
Utility bill from a government agency

Passport, ID card, or driving licence (unless it shows your address and is government-issued)

Before you upload — check these 3 things
1. Your name is visible on the document — the same name you registered with.
2. Your full address is visible — street, city, postal code — and it matches the address you entered in your profile.
3. The date on the document is within the last 6 months.
Top 3 reasons documents get rejected
#1 — Uploading a passport or ID instead of a proof of address
A passport proves who you are. Proof of address proves where you live. They are different documents. A registration stamp inside a passport is also not accepted.

#2 — Document is expired (older than 6 months)
Documents dated more than 6 months ago are automatically rejected. If your only statement is older, download a newer one from your online banking app.
💡 Tip: Download a PDF directly from your online banking (Revolut, etc.). It's instant and always the most current statement. |
#3 — Uploading a screenshot instead of a PDF or photo
Screenshots are not accepted. Please use one of the following:
Download the PDF version from your online banking
Take a clear photo of a paper bill (not a screen photo)
Export a PDF directly from the app

How to quickly get a statement from Monobank
The easiest way is to download a PDF from the Revolut mobile app. It takes less than a minute.
Open Revolut and tap your profile. This will open the settings menu. From there, tap the “Documents & Statements” button. |

A new menu will open; click “General” |

Then comes the final step. Click “Card confirmation,” after which you can send or save your statement with the address in the desired format. |

💡 Important: Select a PDF file—not an XLS file. Only PDFs are accepted as proof of address. |
