Follow these simple steps to get your card up and running. Currently only the Virtual card is available — the Physical card is coming soon.
Step-by-step: Card order process
1 | Go to the Cards section Open the app and navigate to the Cards section from the main menu or dashboard. |

2 | Select card type Choose your card type. Currently only the Virtual card is available. A Physical card is in development and will be available soon. |

3 | Enter your phone number Enter the phone number linked to your account. This is used to verify your identity during the order. |

4 | Complete KYC verification Pass the verification steps: upload your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA). See the full POA guide below. |

5 | Wait for your application to be reviewed Our team will review your submission. This usually takes a few minutes, but may take longer in some cases. |

6 | Card activated! Once your application is approved, your Virtual card will be instantly activated and ready to use in the app. |

Physical card is currently in development. Once available, you will be able to order it from the same Cards section. |
